We combined Wheat and Pilsner malt with Magnum and lemony Mittlefruh hops before adding a sprinkle of salinity at the end for balance. Bursting with zingy Blackcurrants and a hint of citrus, our sour beer is fruity, effervescent and deliciously refreshing!
