A mix of our beers, varying in style and ABV. Current assortment includes a mix of:
Keller Pils, Hop-Bitter Lager, 4.8% - We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
Helles, Unfiltered Lager, 4.4% - Gentle and balanced, Helles exemplifies everything we aim to achieve as lager brewers. Rolling hills, open fields and happy times with friends – a reminder there are good things ahead. Soft, Bready, Floral.
Hop-Hand Fallacy, Witbier, 4.4% - Our version of a traditional Belgian-style wheat beer: a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, low bitterness, subtle glowing haze, and citrus notes from dried bitter orange peel and freshly ground coriander added to the kettle.
Lost Wolf, American-Style Brown Ale, 5.2% - We love brewing the classics, and this beer is no exception. One of the original craft beer styles to hit shelves in the 1990s, this is our rendition of an American-style Brown Ale brewed with friends Wicklow Wolf. Biscuit, pine, citrus and full of character - what else would a Hippo and Wolf brew together? Best enjoyed with friends, Cheers!
Extra Nice, 4 % - Brewed using Pilsner malt and a portion of rice in the grist to soften the palate, and gently hopped with Magnum and Tettnang, this lager is crisp, dry and deliciously refreshing! £0.05 from every can goes to Stonewall Housing.
Wanna go to the Sun, Pale Ale 4.6% - Our easy-drinking delicious Pale Ale. This beer has really come into its own, peachy, citrusy and ever so slightly dank. Absolutely lush! The perfect beer for daydreaming of the Summer Days ahead...
